CAR SHOW – BOULEVARD 9:00AM & 3:00PM On the boulevard & in the church parking lot are some antique & classic examples of Detroit’s finest. Check out these restored beauties. Talk with their owners. RIVER CRUISES – GRAND RIVER 10:30AM & 12:00PM See Lamont from the river on the GRAND LADY! Tickets are available at the Information Tent. A bus shuttle is available in front of the church to bring you to the boat landing and back again. Cost: $6 (adults), $3(age 6-12), children (5 and under) free.
TRACTOR SHOW – AT THE PARK 9:00AM – 3:00PM Some local collectors & tractor small engine enthusiasts will display some of their favorite agricultural equipment at the park-just a block NE of the church on Leverette St. Some World War II military equipment will be on display. ARTS & CRAFTS SALE – AT THE PARK 9:00AM – 3:00PM Browse all the shops of unique & interesting items. Face painting for the kids! Purchase something for yourself or a gift for someone.
CARRIAGE RIDES – BEHIND THE CHURCH 11:00AM -1:30PM
“Take yourself back in time”. Local horseman, Glenn Hanenburg, will give you a nostalgic carriage ride through the village of Lamont. Cost: $3 per person; children (5 & under) are free.
CHILDREN’S INFLATABLES – LOCATED NW OF THE CHURCH 9AM – 3PM
Children LOVE the Bounce House & Climbing Wall. A dollar stamp is good for the whole day.

Located in the church parking lot. MENU: (1) Pulled pork sandwiches with baked beans, plus choice of potato chips OR coleslaw $5.00 (2) Hot dogs with potato chips $3.00 (3) Pop or water $1.00 (4) Ice Cream sandwiches $1.00. Lunch will be offered while supplies last, so don’t miss out! All proceeds go directly to the Lamont Civic Association.
OPEN HOUSE – CORNER OF LEVERETTE & 44TH (near the Park) 11:00AM – 2:00PM
A self-guided free tour through one of Lamont’s historical homes. Present owners are restoring the interior of the home. It was built in 1838, shortly after the birth of the village Steele’s Landing, as a general store & ticket office for riverboat passage. It was located below the present town on the north bank of the Grand River. After the Civil War, it was hauled by horses up the hill to its present location.
PETTING ZOO – CHURCH PARKING LOT 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Kaitlyn from the Coopersville Farm Museum will be bringing her animals to share with the kids. Visit them early in the day, the animals need to go home before the festival is done.
